Manage email marketing preferences and app permissions, ask what information we hold, correct your details or permanently delete your account.
Manage marketing emails in the app under Settings. You can also unsubscribe instantly using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from offers does not prevent essential account, security or support messages.
How we use your marketing consentRequest a copy of account, vehicle, saved-place, route-history and subscription entitlement information linked to you.
Request accessEdit vehicle and home information in the app, or contact us to correct account details that cannot be changed there.
Request correctionRemove your account and associated backend data. This is permanent and separate from cancelling an Apple subscription.
View deletion stepsOpen iPhone Settings, then Privacy & Security, Location Services and Motorhome & Caravan Sat Nav. You can turn access off or disable Precise Location. Live guidance, current position and rerouting require location access.
Manage Face ID access in iPhone Settings. Apple keeps the biometric template on your device; the app receives only the authentication result.
You can update your vehicle profile and saved home inside the app. To request removal of other saved information without deleting the entire account, email the privacy team.
Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings. Deleting your app account or removing the app from your phone does not cancel billing managed by Apple.
Email [email protected] from the address used for your account. State the right you want to exercise. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the account before disclosing or changing data.
