Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Motorhome & Caravan Sat Nav account and associated backend data from inside the app.

Delete inside the app

Open Motorhome & Caravan Sat Nav and sign in.
Open the Settings tab.
Select Delete Account.
Read the warning, then confirm permanent deletion.

This cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you later return. A deleted account and its saved data cannot be restored.

What is deleted

Your account name, email address and password hash
Your vehicle type, dimensions, weight and route preferences
Your saved home location and route history
Your backend subscription entitlement and transaction linkage
Your active authentication access to the service

Operational logs already separated from your account may remain temporarily for security. Restricted backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, usually within 90 days. Information that must be retained for an unresolved legal or security issue is isolated and used only for that purpose.

Cancel Apple billing separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple. Cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings before deleting the account if you do not want another renewal.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to the account. Include the words "Account deletion request". We may ask for proportionate verification before acting.

We normally complete a verified request without undue delay and within one month.
